0My experience with the firm was great. Mr. Federico kept me very informed about what was happening. He took complete care of everything and made it a lot easier. I didn’t have to worry about anything. The staff was very nice and helpful. They made us feel like family. I wasn’t feeling well at the time and that’s why Mr. Federico took control. They called to see how I was doing and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They are very personal and they cared about my husband and me. You could tell they really cared about us. He did all of the hard work and handled everything for me. I would highly recommend the firm to others.
I came to this law office in march of 2012. The first Medical Investigator I spoke with was so nice and understanding of my problem. Unfortunately, she resigned and my case got passed to Tara Clary. Tara was not in touch at all. She never called me back or answered any of my questions. She was rude and called me a liar. She then closed my case without speaking to me about it. I will never refer this office, especially Tara, to anyone who needs closure to their problem. Unfortunately, my daughters case has to start at square 1.
