The food is amazing. The mutant, unpolished server staff is Sammy's biggest drawback.

Decent food with horrible service. We waited one hour and fifteen minutes only to receive half the order of food. Sent back an order because it was incorrect. The server's reply, "couldn't you just eat this?" By the time the rest came out, the other guests had almost finished the food. The server did tell us that she would have the meal comp'ed. When I received the bill it clearly was not. This was the second time I have eaten here, with the same level of customer service, and it will be my last.
