Ever been in a situation where you weren't sure you could deal with? I was. I found Mr. Stofberg and am real glad I did. We didn't get everything worked out perfectly but the more I think about it the more I realize we did real well. He's a down to earth smart lawyer who cares about you more than anything or at least this is how I feel. He's smart but you can tell he doesnt think he's better than you. Just a real guy who did a real good job

My husband and I were referred by another lawyer who we know. He asked around and was told Mr. Stofberg was the best lawyer for a tough guardianship case. Boy was he right! I can't say enough about how smart, nice and thorough Mr. Stofberg is. He explained everything to us as we went along and was always on top of our case. He is down to earth and just a great person, as well as a super lawyer. We would use him again without a doubt.

Ok, I love lawyer jokes and was wary because I never needed one before. We were referred to Richard by a friend. She said he was smart, tough and honest (yes I was skeptical to). Our case had been rejected by 2 other lawyers because it was tough and we couldn't come up with $5,000 up front. Mr. Stofberg said he would work out a payment plan because he felt like my sisters and I had a good case and deserved representation. He was great (always in touch...just don't call him before noon...lol...he's a night owl). Our case was done so professionally and the outcome was better than what the other lawyers said was possible. He obviously cares about the clients more than $. We were so happy I had to write.
