I must say when I first walked in I was a little "uneasy". While the Director was HAPPY & SMILING the rest of the staff didn't seem to notice me. They said hello and continued on with the group that they were supervising. I expected a warm greeting but didn't get one. However as I listened to the teacher speaking to the children I noticed that they were in the middle of an educational reading game. I'm talking about 2 year olds and 3 year olds shouting out words as the teacher pointed to the dry erase board. Man I was in awe! The teachers spoke very well to the children. I could tell that they were loving towards them and that they were firm with them. They definitely had structure over this large group of 2 year olds. My husband is now considering enrolling our 3 other children who are much older in their after care program. So far so good I hope they continue. It's been 2 and a half weeks now. Oh and if I had to say something that they could improve in it would be the strong odor of bleach. It was clean but I wouldn't suggest so much bleach be used while the children are still present.
