Terrible, arrogant place

I don't know what others might say about this place, but the staff attitude is absolutely unexcusable. Why do they always round up the price? If the total comes to $6.56, they tell you $6.60 as if it is my obligation to tip 4 cents. Who cares about 4 cents? but the problem is their attitude. One time, my total was $6.70. A girl says "$7.00" I gave her $7.00 and waited for the change. She started to serve other customer, so I said, "don't you owe me 30 cents?" She looked puzzled... I said, 30 cents is no big deal, but isn't it the change? She would not give me the change, and said, "YOU ARE FINE." I said "what do you mean "YOU ARE FINE...?" She kept saying "YOU ARE FINE." I completely lost. Is this always like this to other customers? I think that you give the correct total, and should not expect the customer to pay an extra as if it is obligation. Most people though will give a few cents without a problem. This place should hire people with more humble attitude. Something is wrong with them. I will never go there, and more people realize how they are treated there.
