      As a psychotherapist for over 20 years, I offer my clients the opportunity to better understand and improve relationships with the important people in their lives as well as to foster personal growth. Drawing upon my training and experience I blend traditional talk therapy with family systems therapy. People can get stressed when life gets hard. Family and relationship problems, job and financial pressures, illness and loss can change one's feelings and attitudes. Therapy is designed to provide a private safe and personal setting in which to explore and resolve life's difficulties. Therapy can help. "Come in and talk it over."
