The inquiry-test drive-contract negotiations-finalizing the deal process was carried out with perfect professionalism and efficiency. I got a better deal than I expected! From the start, a detailed offer IN WRITING was given my wife and I, which allowed us to compare Sangera's deal with other dealerships.

The entire process took four (4) months (on our part), and this delay ultimately led us to buy a 2018 model which we absolutely love. No "hard sell"; no "let's see the sales manager", no "this deal is only available for today" tactics were ever used. Financing on better terms than I could have obtained for myself, was secured swiftly the night we chose to "pull the trigger". Paperwork was completed immediately.
