I want to think the complete oasis team. They came out when my parents had no air conditioning. They are elderly and needed help right away. They made multiple attempts to fix the unit. It was above and beyond the call of duty. And they were fair on the pricing when they had to install a new one. I feel so good to have my parents in the hands of kind and generous people. My daughters A/C went out this weekend. She called this company. They were there is less than two hours. Found the problem and fixed it on the spot. Great service, honest and professional.

They do not stand behind what they sell. 7000.00 and 4 years of repeated service calls. I will have to replace this unit before the summer comes again. Im not going to spend another hot Bakersfield summer with this unit. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER PURCASE ANOTHER WESTINHOUSE PRODUCT AS LONG AS I LIVE.
