I've been a police officer for over 30 years. I started back east and am about to retire here in California (2018). I have utilized many uniform shops over the years and learned that most of the problems regarding delays come from the distributors and not the shops themselves. With that in mind, I can honestly say that JoPro Uniforms has provided me the best service I have ever received. The staff stays on top of all orders and ensures that their customers never have to wait longer than they have to for items that were not in the store. If you are tired of dealing with wishy washy uniform shops then I recommend you try JoPro Uniforms!

HORRIBLE!!!! Warning, do NOT get your merchandise here. They're not good with customer service at all and uniforms will NOT be available as said they would be. They really need to re-evaluate the meaning of customer service. Save yourself some time and head to Code 3 or VIP Uniforms.

Ordered my uniforms over a month ago, I've called several times and keep getting the same answer that she'll have them ready. She better have them ready next week or I'm never going there again. Unprofessional and unreliable.

Told several different days uniforms would be ready for sure.Drove many miles. Had not even started on them. Making me wonder if they'll make it against the competition. Been open for awhile. No advertising. No one knows they're in town. Real nice owner. Been there three times. She's Always gone. Help is clueless. Paperwork lost. List goes on.
