Harris Fence Installation did exactly what the home owner wanted and the result is a different looking fence design. A better design would have been to complete the entire fence line from the front to the back of the property. The fence does not enclose a specific area of the property. The fence does not provide privacy for the homeowner garage area. The fence does not follow the property line.
