I have been going to lands end more years than I care to remember. I took friends from out of town there on friday . We had 6 people in our group , and low and behold Aunt Sue needed to use the restroom . the rest of us were shopping. Aunt Sue is 69 years old and on Oxygen . I told her the rest room was upstair . After working for ten min to get her up the stair I find out the rest room is for employees only . I am so upset that she had to go t wo parking lot up the road after all that . I will never bring any of my company to your store again. I am sure you wont miss the 20 people that I bring there but My word of mouth just make you sit up and listen. Maine is a friendly place to visit and that is a degrading thing to do.to our tourist
