The company currently occupies a 48,000-square foot, full-service machining facility with design and build capabilities. CKS Tool is dedicated to delivering parts to customer specifications and on time to the industrial, aerospace, military, machine builder, hot forge tooling and cold heading industries. The company manufactures various machined details made of materials that are low or high carbon, high speed, stainless steels, brass, bronze aluminum, copper, plastics, urethane, nylon or delrin. CKS Tool s services include engineering, CNC and manual milling, multi-fixturing, gauging, deburring, heat treating, grinding, part identification and shipping services.
