This place is a rip off!...unfortunately the crooks are the only carrier available for the area. Reliant and the bigger boys need to come in and break up this crime ring .We were on auto payment with an average of around 375.00 a month per bill for almost 7 years...then due to someone accessing our account illegally electronically we had to change auto payment account numbers. There was a mistake and they didn't get paid and they said they tried to contact me- but they were using a phone number that had long been taken off the account. Then they charge 500.00 deposit after an impeccable sales record...The woman that answers the phone is the worst and it has carried over into their upper management. Mike Nichols is as crooked as they come. Beware!!!!!!
