Including RESUBMITTALS  PAPER or e-claims based on office PREFERENCE CREDENTIALING PROVIDERS  FILING OUT and sending applications with necessary documents  following UP with insurance companies to ensure providers are IN-NETWORK  MAINTAINING insurance lists in order to resubmit applications prior to DUE DATES CONSULTING  assessing practice needs by setting UP customized daily and monthly reports to evaluate the growth and productivity of the practice.  analyze overhead expenses verses collection in order to organize a profitable business  analyzing referral sources and implementing reports to evaluate trends that will contribute to the growth of the practice training staff appropriately and make sure necessary protocols are implemented patient BILLING  RECONCILING patient ledgers to confirm true BALANCES  MONTHLY patient statements  calling patients to collect past DUE Balance  prepping account to turn to collection agency.
