Staff showed compassion and helped find a safe place for my mother when the hospital social workers seemed to be little help. It has been a relief for me.

This place really deserves 6 stars! Very nice area and place to recover or to stay!

I've never experienced a facility quite like Avon Health & Rehab. I couldn't find one thing I wasn't in love with when touring for my mother. The staff is friendly, the building is clean, and the residents actually seem to enjoy being apart of the community :) I'm happy to have found such a place and I'm more than comfortable knowing that the Avon team is taking great care of my mother.

It was very difficult for me to find a Rehabilitation center close to home that I knew was truly going to take care of my daughter. She recently tore her ACL during cheerleading practice and she is very young so we really wanted to find a facility that was right for us. Thankfully after searching we found Avon and we couldnt have been happier with the facility and the staff. My daughter is healing so much faster than we would have ever thought possible! Thank you so much Avon!

I recently had to bring my grandmother to one of her appointments and couldnt believe how caring all of the staff was at Avon Health. My grandmother actually looks forward to going to her appointments and they have helped her knee heal so much faster than we imagined. We are very blessed to have found such a great facility.

As a visitor all of the staff a Avon was very nice and helpful. I am currently looking for rehab centers around my area for my husband, he will soon be having reconstructive knee surgery and we want to make sure we are choosing the right place. It wasn't hard to choose Avon Health and Rehab, it is the cleanest facility we have been to and the staff was just outstanding with the patients. We will be recommend this facility to all of our family and friends.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well informed the staff was at Avon. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The equipment at this nursing home was far superior than any other facility I have visited. I knew my loved one would be in good hands and well taken care of. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

I just recently graduated from nursing school and I am really interested in working in a rehab center. I have been visiting facilities all over the Avon area and Avon Health and Rehab was by far my favorite facility. The staff was so friendly and great with the patients. I could see myself working in this type of environment I will definitely recommend this facility to any family or friend.

I was able to take a tour of Avon Health and Rehab and it was a very nice place. All of the nurses were very helpful in answering my questions and the residents I saw were all happy and content with their environmental. It smelled nice and it was all very clean. Overall I enjoyed my tour and would suggest that if anyone reading this to check out Avon, you or your loved one will not regret it.

I really enjoyed the homeliness of this place, the staff were friendly and the food wasn't that bad, either! Of course nobody ever wants to visit a home to see their family, but I'm glad that when we visit, it doesn't seem like we're visiting a health center. My grandfather seems stronger now than he did before he moved to Avon, which makes his entire family happy. I appreciate this staff & establishment!

I visit my family member at Avon Health and Rehab at least once a week and everything is always fine. She's been living there for a few years and I really appreciate all the excellent care she receives. It always smells and looks nice and the atmosphere is very pleasant. I know a lot of the staff members who have worked there for a long time and they treat me like there own family. Thank you for everything that you do Avon Health and Rehab. My family and I appreciate it more than you can imagine.
