Just the worst experience in buying a car in my life. Granted I was naïve but had to get to a funeral the next day. Ended up paying $3,000 OVER MSRP. When I called the next day I was told "Too bad. We didn't put a gun to your head". They are morally corrupt. I have spoken to 5 different employees, Toyota Credit, and a Toyota Advocate, as well as 2 Andy Mohr salesmen. Yet no response from them at any time. Sales Manager walked away from me in the middle of our conversation. Sent a letter to Andy Mohr himself. No response.

The service department is great. Efficient, professional, and reasonably charged. Keep up the great work

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced when purchasing a brand new vehicle!



Don't assume that because you have signed a contract and drove away with a vehicle, that their financing department will actually come through with the deal.



It is pretty bad when the General Manager tells you that you don't know what you are talking about because you aren't in the automotive financing business and then hangs up on you!! Aren't they in business to sell cars?



Take your money and go elsewhere with it, this dealership does not deserve to remain in business.
