Provena Sacred Heart Home is a part of Provena Health, which is a Catholic health system that offers community-oriented health care services through clinics, hospitals, home health agencies, and long-term care and residential centers. Provena Health's network includes more than five hospitals, over 15 long-term care and residential facilities for senior citizens and nearly 25 clinics that operate in Illinois and Indiana. Provena Sacred Heart Home provides various rehabilitative services, including speech, physical, occupational and respite therapies, as well as home health management, skilled nursing, and hospice and podiatry care.
