I seriously want to smile and give them a thumbs-up for helping me get my job! I could not be more grateful for this company. I was in a tough place for a short period, so I immediately connected with them to get me out of my rut. XTech Staffing was very professional when our company worked with them. Our company actually didn’t have an immediate need to fill a staffing position, but we still signed up with XTech early so that we could find someone solid. The position that was opening up wasn’t available for a couple of months by the time we signed with XTech, but we found a great applicant, and now employee, within the first three weeks! A year has passed since our company worked with XTech Staffing, and our company has no regrets about using their services. They are a solid company to work with, no matter where you are in the process of filling positions.

I love Austin and I love XTech Staffing! They were polite and quickly matched me with a job opening! I didn’t hear back from them the same day; I think it took a couple of days, but they called me when they found a job opening that I was a great fit for! I am actually still working for the company they matched me with, and it’s the type of job I had spent the past three months looking for.

Basically, it took me months of applying to different places with no luck, but it took XTech Staffing less than a week to get me an interview and my current job.

We spent so much on ads to try and get the right candidate and had the hardest time trying to fill our positions. Luckily we found XTech and got our positions filled in no time. Very effective service!

I have been living in Austin for several years. I like Austin, and I like XTech Staffing! If you are looking for a quality hiring/employment especially in Texas, XTech Staffing is the first agency to talk with. Their culture is “client loyal” and “do whatever needs to be done”.



Also, XTech Staffing is a good company to work for. We are working hard to get the things done! But, they are very supportive to our daily life needs. If I have something urgent but personal to take care right now, my boss always says “No problem. Take whatever time you need”. I like this mutual trusted relationship in XTech Staffing, and this is why I can do my best to get the things done!



The only item, which is nice to have in the future, is “health benefit”. I know they are trying to implement it sometime soon. (I am ok for now, since they pay us enough to purchase personal health insurance, and pay us weekly.)
