Bought a 2008 Chrysler Sebring from these thieves about a year ago. Smooth seamless transaction. But, a couple days later I noticed the car had been previously wrecked and repair (very bad work). None of this is on the car fax. Then a couple weeks later my wipers stopped working, so i take the car in to a Chrysler dealership and they tell me it needs a new TIPM, or fuse box. Just one thing after another with this car.The best part is, when I went to trade the car in the other day, I call to get my payoff. Lisa proceeds to tell me that I owe $3200 on the car. Awesome, I got $3500 for my trade. However, when the dealership I traded with goes to pay East West Auto Sales, they tell them that I owe $3980.After speaking with the Lisa, she tells my wife and I that she just had a bad week and that my real payoff is $3980, and that there is nothing they can do about it because she messed up. I ask for the manager, and finally when he calls me back I am told the same thing and that it doesn't take a genius to find out my payoff. Which is exactly my point! It doesn't take a genius, so why is your staff not trained to figure out something so simple as a payoff amount? So needless to say, I am now out $780 because of a clerical error on her part. Every time I called to talk to her she acted very nonchalant and like it wasn't that big of a deal. And the manager Antone was very demeaning and belittling. I will make sure that everyone I know never steps foot in this business. Please beware and look elsewhere to find your next vehicle.
