Today, May 30, 2014, we had a postal carrier enter our office. He refused to come through the door to pick up our mail and take our outgoing mail unless we brought it to him. Our business has been in this location since 1987 and never has any other employee of the United Postal Service treated us with such disrespect. I asked for his name and he turned around and walked off throwing his hand in the air. Our office was filled with patients but it didn't matter to him about raising his voice at the staff and showing his arrogance. The number on his truck is 2201373. This postal worker is not allowed back in our office. Rude to staff and acted like an idiot in front of our patients.

It's a very very bad service. I sent my tax documents in Priority mail at Austin IRS office over 10 days. It shows me online that the packet is still at 78710 location. Nobody is giving answers satisfactorily. I hate this service. I am very very upset. Even 1-800-ASK-USPS also not answering very well.

terrible service, i have found that on several occasions my mail has just been sitting there for days/weeks! the staff and system there needs to be changed

Terrible customer service. These people need to be trained they don't know the difference between a Certificate of Mail and Certified Mail.

I have recently moved out of state and have not been able to reach anyone at the # listed. My mail has been just sitting at this post office for almost two months now. I have tried calling serveral times at all hours of the day. Nobody ever answers the phone! The bad thing is I have two months rent checks sitting there that I could be using towards my moving expenses. This is outrageous.
