A BIG FAT ZERO IS WHAT THIS POST OFFICE DESERVES!! The staff is completely APATHETIC and do not know the meaning of Customer Service. I moved a year ago; it took THREE months for my mail to be forwarded after submitted a Change of Address. Our Mail Carrier does NOT care about making sure the mail is being delivered CORRECTLY. At least three times a week, my mail is placed in one of my neighbor's mail box or vice-versa. I have spoken to the Mail Carrier numerous times about this problem. He asked if my mail was being forward to me by the neighborsl? When I responded by saying Yes. The he said:"If you are getting your mail, What's the problem"? Having packages delivered has been another nightmare! This Post Office's service is so horrible that I now have all my packages delivered to my business address just so that I don't have to deal with the Burleson Road staff. SAVE THE USPS A LOT OF $$; SHUT THE BURLESON ROAD POST OFFICE DOWN!!

It's a shame I can't rate this a 0 star-rating. This post office is the confirmed one for my old mailing address. I put in my change of address in May and despite it being verified by the supervisor there I haven't received one piece of mail without contacting the obvious senders. It has been 7 weeks now. I know that the UPS store where I have a box is not at fault because they send and receive mail to and from addresses where I have contacted the sender/recipient. Despite my anger at not getting bills in time (if ever) or magazine subscriptions, etc. those things aren't nearly as frustrating as finding that even the supervisors, mailmen responsible for delivery and other "service reps" have no clue what has happened to this mail in the meantime. Absolute ineptitude.

Our regular mail man is ill, will not be back for a month.The one we have now is an absolute nightmare. We live in a big Apartment building, and he is literally screwing up a lot of mail, putting mail in the wrong boxes. Talked to a Mr. Brown his supervisor, that did not do much good. What a disaster! How can we pay our bills on time that way. God please send our regular mailman back fast!
