Arrived and had to leave my car to find someone to help me. The guys that came in to help acted as if they were doing me a favor and was not friendly. Should have left at that point. Decided to give them a chance to detailed the car. Mistake #2. The inside of the car was not done well and the windshield was still dirty. After the owner arrive, the only positive was he was friendly. I will not have my car done there again.

best car wash in Austin. I was looking for a car wash and stumbled onto the Final Touch. The Mgr and staff were very polite and courteous to me and made me feel at home. The job that they did on my car was outstanding and the prices were very reasonable. My receipt I think says that I got the Golden Touch Detail. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a job done right! Keep it up guys!!

I went in with a coupon for the silver package and let me tell you I was genuinely surprised by how great the outcome was! First, they cleaned the carpets which wasn't in the package. Second, detailed EVERYTHING from the nooks and crannies in the gearshift to the coin holder and cleaned the trunk beautifully. Last, conditioned the exterior and the interior like nobody's business. I have to admit I was there for quite some time, but then what do expect when the boss, who's name is George, and might I add a very likeable guy was a perfectionist with EVERY vehicle that came through. I think I was the only first time customer there, everyone else is "hey George, what's new? I think what impressed me the most is the fact, George himself went out there to not only inspect the vehicles before they were driven off, but wiped them down with the crew as well. EVERYONE in his staff are very courteous, friendly and very well mannered. This place is worth the trip no matter where you live in Austin! He's only been in business just over a year. So if you want to spruce up the vehicle for a date or just any special occasion, The Final Touch is your place. You will NOT BE DISSAPPOINTED!!!!!! This place puts almost all others to extreme shame, no joke! Have a great car wash and be sure to say Hi! to George.

The manager is exceptionally friendly, not like some places where you are scared to walk up to the register with a ticket in hand to pay your bill before they begin. I really like that they have you inspect the car before they finish, asking if everything meets your expectations. I told them everything looked great, but they still spent another 10 minutes going over it.

I brought in a filthy dog fur and stink infested mini-van that had probably not been washed for a year. I went with the upgrade to have the carpet shampooed and the manager added the shampooing of the bench seat where the dog sits. I believe this is the "light touch" service where you get a hand wash and a choice of an upgrade, such as seat cleaning, carpet cleaning, hand waxing, etc... . I wish I would have gone with another upgrade because I don't think that car had ever been waxed, and it is 9 years old. There were a couple of things that weren't perfect, but I just paid for a hand wash and a steam clean, not a full detailing. He charged me the regular car price of 39.99 where the over size car price is 49.99, he told me he was going to give me this discount in advance and I tried to insist that since it was such a mess, and he was throwing in the rear seat cleaning that he charge me full price, but he didn't. I tipped the person that gave me my keys back $5, no idea if that is normal or expected.

This is for a real hand wash, not a mechanical brush or high pressure water blaster.

When I was leaving all of the people that did the car were sitting on a bench, waving good-bye and thanking me for my business.

I believe the normal rate is $16.99. If it wasn't rush hour I would take my car in and have it done.
