I haven't had my eyes checked in a few years, but I went to see the optometrist at Tech Ridge Vision. I wasn';t surprised to find out I needed a stronger prescription. Other than that everything went smoothly. I was impressed with the upbeat people that work there. I realize people have bad days here and there, but it's a sign of quality customer service when everyone in the clinic is pleasant. Also they have a good selection of frames to choose from.

As is normal with small children, my kids are never short of questions when presented with new situations. Dr. Kitchen and his optometrist office were so patient and genuinely interested in explaining what they were checking for, how they check, and how the instruments worked. It was nice to get all the appointments done in one visit too!

Went here because he's a VSP provider. Service for exams is ok but glasses are expensive. Service for contacts is poor. Fee was high and after many visits that were a waste of time, finally gave up. Wont go back.
