Sharp Pilates is an intimate, inclusive Romana's Pilates® studio in Austin, Texas offering private and semi-private classical Pilates classes to support you in your fitness journey, no matter your Pilates experience. Sharp Pilates instructors have successfully completed a rigorous 700-hour apprenticeship though the prestigious Romana's Pilates® training program and continue their education through professional workshops and seminars each year. With the belief that Pilates is for every age, body type and physical condition, Sharp Pilates customizes each session toward its clients’ unique needs to strengthen and tone, improve flexibility and posture, relieve stress, prevent injury and promote recovery in our Gratz Pilates studio in Austin.
