This place is a rip-off. The copay is high because they are "urgent" but they are crap. I have an ear infection and went there. He gave me ear drops ($40 w/insurance) but nothing for pain. When I called back the next day, after hours because my ear hurt, I had to leave a messeage with thier operator, (not in Texas) they were supposed to call me back first thing the next day. No one called me, so I called them around noon. I was told that the doctor would have to look at my ear again before he could give me anything, and I would have to pay another $50 co-pay. I will never go back there again. I suggest going to Physician's Center, low co-pay, good doctors and they can usually squeeze in last minute visits.

Beware that this company is not concerned about the patients. Their first concern is about the money. They overcharged me for my co-pay and then I got a letter from my insurance company saying that they charged them $2000 for tests. I asked my insurance co what tests the doctors ordered and found out that they were completely unnecessary! I never received any results for these tests. And when I called to complain I found out that I am dealing with someone in AZ not TX. They keep telling me that they are doind an internal investigation and that they will call me back. They never call back. I finally asked to talk to someone in the local office and found out that the office manager is extremely rude and thinks he is really something special. He told me that he would not refund my overcharged co-pay and that I didnt need to come back ever. Then he hung up on me!!! I will never go back to this office.
