Owner is losing lots of cash due to these employees! I have spent thousands through the years here (just like the other reviewer here) and pretty much got the same treatment last time i was in there. While looking through their airplane selection, i saw a micro plane that i figured i'd blow the $125 on. I saw a box that was previously opened (seal was cut) and thought i'd better check it out before i bought it. It looked fine. As i was preparing to walk to the counter, idiot employee came around the corner and asked quite rudely if i had opened the seal. I asked him if he was implying i cut the seal to which he had no reply. I told him that i had better manners than to do that and that i wouldn't blow a seal either. I don't think he understood that one....lol. Anyway, i'm not going to lie, this really p.o.'d me but i left it at that. I ALSO left the plane there and will not do business with them again. The owner needs to be more "hands on"! He's losing $$$!

For being a place surrounded with instruments to play with, the employees were horrible. Working on their own cars instead of helping the customers. They only have parts for stuff they currently sell. I had to ask one guy how long he worked there. I I see why they have high prices, as they were no other customers there the 2 hours I was. I use this company a lot spending 1000 a month. That is over...
