      Great hospital that took amazing care of my Dad. I couldn't have asked for a more caring place for him to go after his stroke. We had plenty of choices and went out on a limb and chose this place after taking a tour. Great people and a great place!

      I was an inpatient for 5 days receiving physical therapy. It was a positive experience -

      the therapists and medical staff were super. I highly recommend this facility to anyone

      who has rehabilitatiion needs.

      At Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Austin, we are committed to helping you or a loved one recover after a serious illness or injury. After a stroke, brain injury, hip fracture or other complex orthopedic or neurological condition, our expert clinicians combine the latest technologies with real-world simulations and advanced therapies to help you achieve your goals. Your care team will include physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy experts; rehabilitation physicians and nurses; case managers; dietitians; and more. While at our rehabilitation hospital you will receive 24/7 nursing care and three hours of therapy five days a week. Patient rooms include a television, phone and free wifi.
