I am experienced in assisting clients with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, life transitions, family and other relationship difficulties, identity issues, addiction/substance abuse, trauma recovery, anger management, and low self esteem.I view therapy as a collaborative process, and work to create a safe, supportive environment where you can share your experience.
