      According to industry standards, the exhaust hoods, fans, filters, and fire prevention pipes are steam cleaned with our special soap mixtures to remove all grease, dirt, lint, and flammable contaminants from their surfaces. We perform this service in the following manner. 1. Services will be performed on the fans in your exhaust system. 2. All appliances and equipment bellow the exhaust hoods will be covered to prevent water from entering their components. 3. All the accessible and reachable areas on the exhaust will be cleaned. 4. All filters and internal surfaces of the hoods including the fire prevention pipes will be cleaned. The walls on that area will be cleaned. 5. All water and debris from our operation will be vacuumed up and send to the drain. The kitchen will be left in completed working order.
