0I don't shop here often. Last time, about two years ago, I thought it was chaotic and messy. I went this weekend and thought the store had improved tremendously. Checkout process could be improved. There should be a way to move a customer that is applying for credit to a special desk, or have a kiosk that they can use before they checkout to enter their information. It really holds up the line.
The KOHL'S in Austell is a really GREAT place to shop! The people who there are very friendly and knowledgeable.. My experience was great there!
I love shopping here! Sometimes the check-out lines are too long, but otherwise its a great experience.
