Solved every problem that we had.

Chris A., our electrician from Roth, did a very high quality job at our house, even the electrical inspector commented on how thorough, neat and clean his work is! Chris is professional, friendly, helpful, accommodating, customer service focused, and he knows his watts from his volts. He was patient with all of my questions, and I enjoyed his sense of humor. I'd happily work with him again.

Cody did a GREAT job! Very professional, explained things, etc.

Please know that I am very please to meet Cody Vance. Today he reviewed all the plumbing in my condo. He has the most professional demeanor and diagnosis. Three other service people worked on and couldn't solve the problem. Nick persisted, diagnosing and solving the problem in an intelligent fashion. Best service technician the company has.

Derek did a tune-up on our central air conditioning system. He was on time and was very professional. He replaced one part and fully explained why. We are very happy with his work.

AC went out during a heat wave in Portland OR on a Sunday night. Roth was able to get a service pro out Monday afternoon to get us going again. Nick M. did a fantastic job!! No problem the equipment. I had kinked the condensate line behind our washer. Thank you so much!!

Chris was great - he quickly diagnosed the issue with our heat pump, showed me the problem and asked permission to repair. He was up front and clear about the cost and made the repair. Chris was careful about our house - putting on shoe covers and even took time to pet our dog. I appreciate the extra time he took (and after hours) to explain the option for a maintenance plan as well. We will definitely use Roth again.

Andy was out on June 22nd to check my air conditioner. He was very polite, respectful and answered my questions. I was pleased with his service.

It was time for our annual cool check, Roth Heating called me in the morning with an approximate time and when the tech was on the way they called me again. The tech arrived and completed the work, and answered questions that we had, plus gave us a couple of suggestions regarding F-100 Filter box and a UV Filter that might help dealing with allergy problems.

Travis just left our house after completing a service on our air conditioner. He was polite, helpful, clean, and very knowledgable. He answered all my questions and performed his task quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company (and have to my friends) without reservation. Everyone I have had contact with from the person who sold us the unit to the installers and now , Travis.

Kaylen G. was our Service Professional. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, detailed & very professional. Kaylen is a perfectionist...who goes "up & above" the call of duty to make sure the job is complete & done right. He researches his projects and leaves nothing to question. John J at Roth Heating & Cooling provided excellent service today! He is super personable, friendly and did an excellent job diagnosing what was wrong with our air conditioner. He was able to translate technical information about what was going on with our a/c into layman's terms so we could understand the problem and the remedy. We will ask for John the next time we need to have our HVAC equipment serviced!

Kaylen Gibb came on June 9,2015 to our place to resolve the issue of not running the Air Condition for a Home Comfort Zone System. He was quickly able to resolve the issue and started our A/C. He went in detail by explaining the entire system step by step and demonstrating all the available functions of the controller. He explained pro and cons of all settings and made his own recommendations. He was a truly an expert of the system as well as a good instructor. We had never used this system till we recently moved to this house from Houston,TX a few months ago. WE are extremely please with his help and his patience with us for all the questions we had for the system, We will strongly recommend him and his company to our friends for all kinds of services they offer.
