I was very disappointed from the beginning. my husband and myself both had appointments for a cleaning because it has been years since our last one. My husband was cleaned and dentist told me I didn't need one. He kept talking and talking, cracking jokes, not being very professional. By the time we got to our car we saw the dentist was already in his car leaving. this facility billed my insurance for 4 cleanings when only 1 cleaning was done. This was back in February and we are still dealing with this. What a nightmare. The dentist that was saw only works on Thursdays and the billing department could move until speaking with him. They forgot to talk to him about it and then another week had to go by before doing anything. My insurance have been in contact with them and now we have to wait three months for our insurance to get their money back before I can get a cleaning from a reputable dentist. I highly DONOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!
