I had a very bad experience with this place. The students and staff are wonderful, but the manager and administrator are NOT. I had upper and lower dentures made for my mom. The tops broke at the back soon after and the bottoms also were fractured in places. I brought her back and they fixed them. After a few weeks the bottoms broke completely in half. I spent close to $400.00 to fix the bottoms, which doesn't include the initial cost. I brought them back and they said the only way to fix them was to put mom under general anesthesia to get a proper fit. My mom had a stroke and has Alzheimer disease. I didn't want to put her through all that. After talking to the manager, he referred me to his boss who flat out refused any refund even 1/2 would have been ok. I am so disappointed in this school. I feel I paid too much to begin with. I will be contacting the insurance commissioner about this problem. I don't think their patients should be treated in this manner.
