I love walking into the gym every day, it feels like a second home. The coaches always put safety first, and the owner is always more than happy to help anyone in need. I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to learn in a safe and encouraging environment.
My Daughter used to attend classes at CGI. I was not only disgusted at the pure negligence that was shown to the safety of my child, but also at the fact that the coach didnt even pay attention to any of the children! My daughter left the stations the coach set up at the bars, and almost fell into the in-ground channel which goes down about 6 feet before the coach even noticed! This place is the saddest excuse of a facility for children to attend! there are plenty of better programs that actually care about your child and their safety! If you really care so little for you children...just drop them off at a fire station!

I wish I could rate this place lower! The owner appears to be the moat emotionally unstable woman I have ever seen. The whole places is little children trying to spot skills and NOT SAFELY or succsessfully i might add. The sport is dangeous enough without having a completle and blatently disrespected set of safety measures involved. If you put your child anywhere near this place you are doing nothing but lining the pockets of this owner...who doesnt even know anything about the sport.

We tried this gym because it was closer to our house. They are extremely competitive and it shows. The lobby parents are intense and if your child is not at the top, good luck. There is more of a focus on winning than whether your child is improving and trying. Unless you are ready for extreme training, you may want to look elsewhere.
