Terribly disappointed. I left clear instructions how I want my silky to be groomed . When I picked her up she was a total mess. Everything I asked for was ignored. I have been using care bears for a few years and the last two times it was a total mess. I am considering to search for another place. !

Misty has been grooming my Maltese - Sassy since she was just a little puppy. She provides loving, professional care and is very good to look the pet over. She has spotted health issues that I needed to vet her for in places I would not normally check out twice.Misty is the best and the dog salon is very cute. I prefer it over the big mass production grooming salons. They are very good to work people in if at all possible and all the staff are always friendly, polite and professional.

My little guy desperately needed a good grooming ASAP and they were able to get me in the same day. They were friendly, professional and appeared to treat and give my little guy the same tender loving care they would have if he was one of their own. They really seem to care about the dogs they are grooming and it shows. My little guy turned out beautifully! They are competitively priced and w/some services below industry standard. I'm sure that everyone there is just as wonderful, but I highly recommend requesting Misty. She was very knowledgeable and kind towards our little guy.

I took my medium size dog to Care Bear's based on the other 2 reviews and the cheaper price and had a terrible experience. Not only were they over an hour late getting him done, they nicked both of his ears pretty bad and shaved him way too short. His butt looked ridiculous for weeks. He usually does great at the groomer, but left this place shaking. I won't go there again.

I have a super sweet black toy poodle named Speck. Short for Special :). In a time crunch, I took her to one of those big box places and they did a total chop job. Her top knot looked like weed whacked bed head. I called Care bears, luckily they said they could get me in that day. They fixed her top knot and she looked like a million bucks. Their shop was super cute and their prices were actually lower than the big places. They will be our permanent groomers for the future. Thank you Care Bears!

I have two large and one small dogs. I have taken them to many different places to be groomed but a few weeks ago I took them to Care Bear's. I couldn't believe the difference. Not only were they competitively priced, the shop was nice and the owner was wonderful. I recommend them to anyone. As a person who has dealt with numerous other shops, there really is a difference. Thanks Care Bear's.

I'm not sure why they call it "Care Bears". I didn't see any bears... They do a wonderful job with dogs though. Barfie (my 3 legged mutt) loves getting a bath and haircut at Care Bears. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. I'd recommend this shop to any of my friends.

I had a great experience with this groomer. Unlike retail chains they care about my dog, call her by name, and are excited when she gets there. My dog actually runs towards the door of the shop when I open the car door. What a nice change from places where you and your dog are just a number.

I just wanted to say how thankful I am to the staff at Care Bears. I have a very hyper Jack Russell terrier named Bitsy. Bitsy is absolutely terrified of going to the groomers. I hadn't even taken her to a groomer in over a year because she is so difficult and the groomers always seem to get so frustrated and impatient with her. At Care Bears, they were so kind and loving to her. They seemed to really see her as I do, a wonderful loving (and a teensy bit neurotic) little creature. She was so relaxed and calm it was as though the groomer was some kind of Dog Whisperer. They did a beautiful job at a GREAT price. It was the first time she got through a grooming appointment without a muzzle. And every appointment she has had since has been equally successful and enjoyable.

Do yourself a favor, do not patronize this business! I have used Care Bears for nine years (previously Puppy Luv Pet Salon). I recently took my two Bichons to get groomed and was extremely disappointed. When I got home I realized that they had cut one of my dogs ears. When I called the owner about it she told me to come into the shop so she could take pictures of the dogs. When I arrived she informed me that it was not her problem since she had contractors and that I would have to deal with the person who groomed my dog. The groomer denied cutting the dog and stated that it looked like the dog had an ear infection. She then stated that "everyone is always trying to get something for nothing." This coming from a shop that I have gone to for 9 years. On top of that, I have always given the groomers generous tips. I took my dog immediately to the vet who confirmed the dog was indeed cut; it was not an ear infection. This is not how customers or pets should be treated.
