The staff at Pat Jackson's is terrific, from the first contact with the office (Karen) to the guys who work in the field. Very professional and accomodating company, who moved the appointment date forward to help us out. This was our first experience with a septic system, and they spent the extra time to help educate me about how they work.

I called Pat Jackson in a panic because we were having septic problems. They sent out a team to evaluate my system. It turned out to be a problem with the tank filter. The guys installed a larger filter, EXPLAINED the process showed me how I could clean it (NOT!) and actually filled the hole back in! You can't even tell that they dug a hole. I am very pleased with their service. Since their business is tank maintenance and service I didn't have to worry about someone trying to sell me a many thousand dollar system.
