I am rating this cancer center with an

A+. My husband got treatment in the fall of 2007. His radiation doctor was Dr. Glen Healey and the oncologist was Dr. Magincalder, both excelent doctors as well as caring human beings. The girls in the chemo department are like family to you and are so caring. As a new hospital in July of 07 they did outstanding performance. There were a couple of glitches with appointments in the computer system at first, but nothing they didn't work with and resolve right away. We are so happy with them and want others to know, that at a time when we were both scarred to death, they held our hand and got us through.

The chemotheraphy nurses were wonderful, kind and great. My oncologist there, Dr. Krull, was rude, inpatient, non-responsive to requests for copy of my treatment plan and was not interested in speaking with my primary oncologist from Dana Farber Cancer Instutute.

He should stay retired, as he was from cancer, and NEVER, NEVER be allowed to work with patients.



I had him for 3 chemotherapy sessions and was never as sick in my life as I was under his treatment. Every time I received the chemotherapy, which I later found out was the wrong dose, I was hospitalized as Thayer Hospital for infection care for 2-3 weeks. One infection caused another and it multiplied under his poor,. inconsistent care.



I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DR. KRULL FOR ANYONE, ANYTIME, ANY PLACE. On the other hand, Dr. Herland was wonderful and as I mentioned above, the nurses, except for Dr. Krull's nurse, were WONDERFUL and I would recommend them everytime.
