I took my poodle here for grooming. The lady who grooms my dog is very nice and groomed Pipper exactly as I specified. I will continue to go here not for the price but for the atmosphere of a caring groomer who loves animals.

Different owners took over and the lady is rude and does not groom the way you ask! Only how she knows.the price is good but believe me it's not worth your pet being abused and groomed the way she sees fit! This place should be closed.. The owner is some kind of evil pet abuser!! Beware cuts all over my poodle.. I should've sued.

The pricing is the only great thing Mary's Grooming has to offer. The first sign should have been when I called to make an appointment. The lady who picked up was very rude and in a hurry didn't even confirm the business just a "can I help you?" After setting up the appointment I got a call to pick up my dog because apparently she was "being bad" and no one could handle her. The manager told me to come in the next day because the lady who is supposed to be the "dog whisperer" would be in and finish the other half of what they couldn't finish. I have NEVER had any problems with my dog anywhere else. When I picked up my dog she was acting very strange and not her happy self. I looked at her face and she could't open one of her eyes. I know things happen but hiding it from me and not telling me she accidentally got nicked in the eye is not okay!! I guess they thought I wouldn't notice. I called the office and NO ONE knew of the incident so the next day I went over and the "dog whisperer" greeted me and noticed how my dog's eye and was. She was very nice and apologetic. She informed me that if I had to go to the vet the manager would pay for it (no kidding!). The manager didn't even come out to apologize. She asked me if she could finish grooming my dog for free and promised to take good care of her but I declined because I could not chance someone retaliating on my poor dog because of the situation. Pets are innocent creatures of God, get abused so much, and have no voice. Please make sure to pay attention to how your dog acts and inspect them after getting groomed; not just here but anywhere else.
