My personal experience with this firm was a answer to my prayer. I was truly in a terrible financial situation, as a single parent. I was forced to apply for a parent plus loan to help my son complete his bachelors degree.When he received his degree, I received my notice for my first payment of 684.00 a month. I contacted Mrs. Angie and she immediately met with me for a free consultation, and she took the time to explain the loan policies. I told her I did not know what I was going to do, but if I had to do it all over again I would still chose my son's education. She comforted me, and assured me she would do all she could to help me get the payments reduced. I begin to pray for God to work a miracle through her efforts.Between Kaitin( paralegal) and Mrs. Angie , they did not stop until they found the loan repayment plan that I could afford to pay. Ironically, her fee was a one time payment , and barely over one monthly payment of what I would of had to pay without their services. I would like to say to others with the student loan issues forbearance's and deferments are not the answer. CALL LAW FIRM of SEYMOUR & ASSOCIATES P.C. AND RECEIVE YOUR BLESSING IN JESUS NAME MY FAMILY WOULD LIKE TO THANK EVERYONE WITH YOUR FIRM FOR MAKING A DIFFERENCE.

This is prob one of the worst places to go to. DO NOT GO TO THIS LAW FIRM STAY CLEAR! They are extremely rude and not professional. Made it aware that they were only here to collect a paycheck and didn't care about your sob stories. This was only the staff and then when I tried to report this to Mrs. Seymour herself she flat out told me that i was lying. I have also been made aware that some of these post that people are so called raving about their business is from workers within their own office. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED take your business else where, this is not the place to handle a matter of bankruptcy. The bankruptcy that i called them about actually was written up incorrectly causing all types of problems, and they did not want to admit to it at any point, even hanging up the phone in my face at one point. I promise you there are better and other law firms in Augusta, that can assist you and this is def. not the place. STAY AWAY.

They were wonderful!! I never thought I would have to file bankruptcy. They made the process so easy. I was embarrassed that I had let myself get in so much debt. But, Angie and Guy made me realize it could happen to anyone. They were so kind and patient with me and my situation. Now, that I am out of my debt, I can really focus on my kids and living life without looking over my shoulder all the time. If you need to file bankruptcy this is the ONLY place to go. I interviewed other firms before making my decision and Seymour was the best.
