I had a great experience dealing with the employees at Franks and will continue to do business there with those specials. He also did a great job on a family members car, years ago.

I have had 10 cars tinted at Frank's and was very pleased with each one. I have read some reviews saying how long it takes. if there are cars ahead of you they are serviced before you. You can also make a Sunday appointment if you pay half price up front (non-refundable). This is the way I chose and it only takes around one hour and a half give or take. (Remember on the Sunday appointments be on time.)

Same great service and pricing for 10 years. I regretted using a shop on Washington and am happy I returned to Franks. 60% IR rejection with 35% is perfect for day and night. Cool ppl, cool biz, cool tint....Thanks Frank!

I Have always let Frank tint every car that i have owned.. His work is always good and i recommend franks tint & graph-X to all my friends and family... He has been in Business for over 25yrs and that alone speaks for itself.

Omg the worst customer service everrrr, do not waste your time there. If you're looking for a cheaper way out then don't because you'll regret it!!!! If you do not like your tint he still wants you to pay for it& will call the police. Please do not go to this place!!!!

I have been using Frank's Tint for over 10 years and he has always done a great job. He has tinted 3 of my cars and installed two stereo systems with speakers and amps. His tint never bubbles or fades.

Worst shop ever! Got threatened and locked in store by lil man frank and all his so called thug employees come to front like there all gonna do somethin. The receptionist tried to defuse and opened door b4 it got bad. Cops did nothing. All this bc I questioned terrible tint job. Gaps on EVERY window. Half inch cut around mirror for daylight. Peeling on 3 windows already, 2 inch gap on driver window which frank himself replaced with serious atttude and it comes out with bigger gap and more bubbles... asked for 6 inch bottom strip on front, they actually tinted whole fronto glass with 5% except maybe 6 inch veiwing span below the top tint strip. I thought it was a joke. After requesting it taken, off he then locked door and threatened me. Cops did nothing. This store should not even be allowed to be open. ***true stoty*** beware

I went to franks tint and graphx and I've been dealing with them for the past 10 years and my family has too. We've never had a problem with this business my tint is great. There's no bubble nor scratches I'd definitely stay with this business

I thought it would be a decent place to go but I was very wrong. When they got finished with tinting my BMW there were scratches all over and the tint was full of trash. Not only was there trash in the tint there were several scratches and bubbles as well. I went up to the shop to get it fixed and apparently they only do re tints on Tuesday. They also cut my window seals which are going to cost over 300.00 to replace. If you like your car and want to keep it clean do not go to Franks for anything.

I wish I had seen the other reviews before bringing my car here. Long story short...if you care about your car or your sanity do not bring your car here. They will ruin your windows then scream and try to intimidate you into believing that your brand new car came like that.

This place is not the place to go get your windows tinted. Let me first say that the tint jobs they do are worthless because the tint starts peeling off within a month of them putting it on. Then there is the actual location where there are children running around with toys laying all in the floor and the heat (no A/C in the waiting area) would make you think you are in a desert. The receptionist is rude and the owner tries to intimidate you. The staff all look like they are high off of coke or weed or something. I wouldn't go back here if all the tint shops in Augusta went out of business.
