Always have an issue but never complain. Well today just plain irritated me. I can see if I didn't tell them precisely or if they were busy. Bagel wasn't toasted, unmelted butter one side and cream cheese on other. I just thought if I came in they might get it right. Im done!

I was in Auburndale store this afternoon for a iced coffee I was informed by the young lady I had a free donut coming when she rang me up I was charged full price for my coffee even though it was suppose to be only $.99 as the large sign on the window said I was charged full price because I got a free donut and I couldn't have both offers had I wanted a donut I would of asked for one at the time of ordering to me this is false advertising
