Horrible service, horrible experience. Would NEVER EVER bring my animal there again, or recommend him to anybody else. Dr. Ottosen even went as far as to alter our pet's records after we left his office (and had gotten a copy of the records when we left), and then tried to lie about it after the fact to cover his tracks... VERY shady.

Great Veterinarians and staff!! I would highly recommend them if you are truly committed to providing your animal (s) with the care they deserve. They are busy, so call in advance.

I have been using Cayuga Veterinary Services for the past several years, and love them!! The staff is attentive, compassionate and highly experienced. Mary was mentioned in other reviews, and I agree 100%. Call her today and make an appointment! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the wait time. They are very busy (which says something right there!) but you should schedule accordingly.

would not recommend this clinic. the last visit I had was not pleasant. I waited almost an hour for my appointment and the doctor acted like my time wasn't as important as hers. she was very good with my dog, but never really made me feel comfortable. I never expected my visit to run me over $300! I was never informed of prices associated to the strong recommendations made by her for tests and medications. I feel this clinic is lacking in communication. I did like the lady behind the front desk, Mary. she was very sweet and was the only one who apologized for the long wait. not sure if I will be seeking further care for my dog here in the future.

Do your research before you take your pet here. They try to push all kinds of tests and products at you and make you feel like a terrible owner if you decline. I think the goal at Cayuga veterinary services is to see how many people they can push through in a day. It's about the money not the care and compassion you would like to see in a Veterinarian. Staff is friendly and even though the building is outdated, it is clean. Several other options in the area!

TOO EXPENSIVE!! $ is all this place cares about. they try to make you buy everything and do tests that are not necessary at every single visit. I have to say the one (and probably only) good thing about this place is the very sweet receptionist named Mary. I do not think I will use this place again.

Low quality, high volume (assembly line) medicine practiced here.

Keeps customers waiting too long. She is never on time for my 9 am appointments. She laughed when I told her I didn't like waiting.
