I would love for my daughter to go this this school. do they teach nail tech also?

I am currently enrolled at Cosmetology University and I absolutely love it and the instructor, Renee Goss. The school has an awesome layout, a great atmosphere of positivity and excitement! We have flexible scheduling, which saved me when I was pregnant and after I had my baby. No other school is as understanding with incidents like that. Also, the school has a 100% passing rate for every student who has graduates and went to state boards. Renee takes time to teach you anything you want to know and also prepares you immensely for state boards. I drive 30mins o and from school everyday instead of 5-10mins to schools in my area because of the amazing instructor,flexible scheduling and learning experiences I get from Cosmetology University, which I could not get from any other school. I highly recommend Cosmetology University if you want to go into Cosmetology, Esthetics, or Nail Technician and be completely prepared for your future in the cosmetology field. I know many students who graduates from CosU and ALL of them are employed and very satisfied!!! I just love this school!!!!

This school was the biggest waste of money I've ever spent. Basically I was paying to read my text book in a extremely distracting environment.



Between students bringing their dogs, kids, and drama to class and having one instructor for both esthetician and cosmetology, you learn nothing.



Then after 35hrs of the chaos, you decide enough is enough and opt out. They charge you an extra 20% on top of the tuition you've already paid. So, for 35hrs of reading your text book it costs over $1,200.



I highly recommend you avoid this place! Unless your main study is ghetto.

I absolutely love Cosmetology University! I have been there twice so far (once in 2004 and once in 2010) and while the building is a little funky the service you receive is just great! The prices will not break the bank so you can go there and get the works for a fraction of the price at high-end salons while the students gain valuable working experience towards their cosmetology license. Awesome students and amazing management make for one fabulous experience! I highly recommend them anytime!

I am a former student and HIGHLY recommend this school. I transferred from another school, where I did not learn much and came to Cos U, and learned more in two weeks than I did in 6 months at the other school. The instructors here are patient, skilled, and guenily care about your learning. They KNOW what they are doing and how to teach you so that you understand. I had a hard time with color at first, but the way they teach you is AMAZING, I had alot of color clients at school and I now specialize in color in the salon and am fully booked.

Thank you to the instructors at Cos U for a great learning experience and getting me on to my career.

By the way, I took State Boards and passed the FIRST time and left with my Cos license in my hand, while a few of my friends from the other school took it several times before getting licensed.
