My cat wasn't scared of the vet at all. They were quite gentle and she didn't mind getting a shot. The staff is talkative and keeps you informed about what's going on.

A Tale Of Two Kinneys: Taylor Brook Animal Hospital used to be run by Dr. Stephen Kinney and he was, in a word, a nightmare. I stopped going to TBAH after a number of unpleasant experiences with him. The irony is that his brother, Dr. Timothy Kinney, is one of the best veterinarians I have ever had the pleasure to meet and I would drive 30 minutes to see him even though TBAH is less than a mile from my house. Then Timothy left his practice - I went back to TBAH out of desperation and met Dr. Catherine Sanders, who had taken over the practice from Stephen. She is simply amazing - caring, thorough, friendly, and clearly loves animals (something the previous vet lacked greatly). I am so glad that she is at Taylor Brook. I have even seen Dr. Tim on occasion when he's come in to help out, so it was like getting the best of both worlds. Taylor Brook has completely turned around and they are my only vet. The staff is fantastic and we get excellent care. I recommend them to everyone.
