      I highly recommend Hot Yoga Auburn. The classes are literally life-changing in every possible aspect. The staff is wonderful, as well as the members. If you are looking to better your life, I say give it a try.

      I love Hot Yoga Auburn!!! The staff is so amazing, kind and make you feel so welcomed. The classes that are offered/times are flexible to match anyone’s schedule!!! I highly recommend hot yoga Auburn!

      What an experience! Bikram yoga is a wonderful, challenging way to push your body and mind to the next level. But be ready to sweat...a LOT!
