Did not know how to fix a medium steak, mine came out well done (no pink). Told Josh, the bartender, owner, and waiter, and he offered to fix another. I hesitated, but said yes because the steak was tough. He said he would rush it through. Josh came back and said he found the problem - they used a 15 deg too hot. We waited and waited and after asking about the steak, I finally got it. Was about the same as first. Showed Josh and he said I was just lucky. Ask him for a box to go to take 2nd steak. He said not surprised that I was not hungry since I ate the 1st steak. I told him I DID NOT EAT the 1st steak. Then we waited more and finally had to ask for our bill. No consideration - gave us the full bill. Others in my party insisted I leave 15% tip, so I reluctantly did. DO NOT expect any thing better if not satisfied, because they will not do it right. Took 1.5 hours. PS. As leaving, I told the lady that cleared the table to tell Josh that I did not eat the 1st steak!!!

The pasta was good, but the service was terrible. We had 5 or 6 different people helping us. Our drink order was messed up. My food was cold, so I asked if they could just warm it up and after awhile of seeing people coming in and out of the kitchen finally someone told me that they were just going to make another plate. I told them they didn't have to. So we waited at least 10 minutes for my new luke warm pasta in which by that time I had enough water to where I wasn't hungry and my husbands was cold. They apologized but didn't offer a complimentary desert or a discount. I would say it's not worth the time!

Steaks are great! I've never been disappoinyd with anything I've odered.The staff is also great!One of our favorite places to go.
