I use Lightningnet at my place of employment & at my home and am very grateful to them. Anytime I've had a question or needed work done on a computer or internet service, they have been prompt, professional, & reasonable. Recently, when my hard drive crashed, they went above & beyond the call of duty to help me recover important information.

This company is a joke. 200 dollars to sign up. Then you are on your own. Speed is not as advertized. Customer support is ... NONE. They NEVER return calls or respond to E mail. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY
