About Albert SerurAlbert Serur joined American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) immediately following his graduation from West Virginia University in 2011. Like many people graduating college, he wasn't sure what he wanted to do. A family friend who worked at AIL's Home Office, suggested he take a look at the career track the Company offered. "He told me to meet Simon Arias and Tommy Vena, to see if this career path would be a good fit," Albert says, "and I immediately fell in love with the opportunity."Albert hit the ground running, eager to start helping others protect themselves and their families. "The products offered by AIL help families focus on the grieving process, and spend time with their loved ones instead of struggling because they can't pay their bills," Albert says.The majority of the families AIL aims to protect are union workers. The goal is to protect and serve those that protect and serve us.
