Each month without fail they charged us a $1.44-$1.45 late charge even though our bill was not late. We always called and after a five minute conversation they would remove it. They must be making millions on people who don't notice this charge! I would stay away!

Stay away!! I wish I could give zero stars! If you ever have a question, you're on the phone forever with people who don't speak English! I was not able to use my phone for a month, due to Hurricane. I finally contacted them to get a refund for prepayment. After over an hour on the phone, They tell me I owe them. Ridiculous!!
