0I don't really understand persian food, but I tried it. It isn't very good. It wasn't the spices or dirty taste either. The meat was too dry and the rice tasted like someone tried to cook it with a flash light and magnifying glass.

I had a very nice time with my friends at Persepolis with excellent food and elegant service. I wish I could say the same thing about another Persian Restaurant farther into the suburbs where I was charged twice as much for inferior food and awkward service.
